"The house overall is not bad if you have a large group, but it is divided into two completely separate units. To enter the units, you have to have a key (cannot leave unit unlocked) so I felt like we spent most of our vacation tracking down the one set of keys that we had and making sure we didn't get locked out. The units themselves werent bad- the top unit is outdated. The pictures posted make these units and outdoor area look much nicer than it actually is."

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem schnell an den wichtigen Punkten (Aldi ca 5-10 min mit Auto entfernt, Strand La Fosca ca 10-12 min). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. "Wir haben als Familie zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der großzügigen Terrasse und der Outdoorküche.Das Haus ist so aufgebaut, dass sich jeder eine Auszeit nehmen konnte.Egal ob am Pool, der Terrasse oder im Bereich der Outdoorküche.Die ruhige Lage und Nachbarschaft hat uns entspannen lassen.Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar – ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Costa Brava zu erkunden.Es gibt in der Umgebung viele tolle kleine Buchten zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei einer technischen Störung der Klimaanlage wurde schnell reagiert und wir wurden stets über den aktuellen Stand informiert.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Aangenaam huis, goed gelegen, prima airco in alle slaapkamers, living en keuken. Leuke tuin met voldoende zit- en schaduwplaatsen, parkeren kan in de tuin zelf (achter een muurtje). De keuken is op het eerste verdiep, dus altijd wat trapjes naar boven of beneden naar het terras, maar dat stoorde ons niet. De inkomhal beneden is goed voorzien van schoenenkasten en dergelijke, de keuken zeer goed uitgerust. De badkamers zijn vrij klein, maar voldoen ook. Zeer aangenaam contact met de huisbewaarster ter plaatse, top service."

"Ocean front view makes all the difference. While the rooms are average having a view onto the boardwalk was wonderful. The restaurant and bar downstairs are convenient and comfortable. Parking is offsite, spacious and a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommended if looking for a comfortable beach Holiday experience."

"We truly loved our stay here. The Villa is located far enough away from major tourist spots along the Costa Brava that it is quiet and peaceful, but near enough to enjoy shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. (A car is essential for getting around though.) The property is very well managed with helpful instructions on everything, along with recommendations for local shops and dining. We quickly felt like we were living like locals! :) There is also a person locally that helps manage the property who is quite helpful and available for any questions.The garden and pool are absolutely beautiful. Main rooms are comfortable with AC where you need it. (We stayed when temps were over 40 and still very comfortable.) The kitchen is also well equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine. For road cyclists, there is very easy access to popular rides to Girona and the coastal routes with nice climbs on quiet roads. Just a lovely property overall. We would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa à Platja d’Aro à l’occasion d’un EVG entre amis, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin.Un immense merci à Guillaume pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa communication irréprochable avant et pendant le séjour. Les échanges ont toujours été très clairs, rapides, chaleureux et vraiment agréables. On sent tout de suite qu’il tient à ce que ses voyageurs passent un excellent moment.La villa est magnifique, très propre, parfaitement entretenue et idéalement située. La vue mer est superbe, la piscine est un vrai bonheur et le terrain de pétanque a clairement contribué à l’ambiance et aux souvenirs du week-end Le logement offre vraiment toutes les conditions pour passer un séjour convivial, confortable et mémorable. Même si nous ne sommes restés que quelques jours, le cadre et l’atmosphère ont largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour.Encore merci pour tout Guillaume, et ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons réserver cette villa à l’avenir.
