"The property was kind of new but it was dirty, the lights in the apartment were also annoying. The complex where it’s located had some restaurants, stores and a drugstore that made it way nicer and easier to get things. If the apartment was very clean I would give a 9/10!"

"Maybe not the best area but Incredibly handy for the train and bus station, the property strict about check in at 3pm. We were on the 7th floor the views of the old city from the balcony were great. Balcony got the sun all day, property very well equipped everything looked brand new and modern. Complimentary water and coffee machine much appreciated. "It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"Beautifully decorated with an amazing view. It feels like someone’s home. Convenient location but will have to be ready to climb steps like in many places in Bellagio. Claudia was warm and welcoming. She picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry station. She gave a good recommendation of a restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place."
