We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with views extending along the coast and over to the ruins of Camelot Castle. the staff are excellent, and as we were leaving, we got the chance to meet Ted, the wonderful artist who lives and paints at the Castle. And, when we arrived she, and the other staff wished us a happy stay, and they had decorated the room for my friend. They made our stay special!"

"Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. Packed with history and a real oasis of peace and comfort. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options. I felt that the dinner option I had was a bit “nouveau cuisine”, lots on the plate but not much there. But what was there was very well prepared. Spa was very pleasant, although a bit of a shame that the steam room was out of order, as well as the lift to the spa. Will be staying again, it’s not cheap, but you pay for what you get. "
