"It wasn't a pleasant. I did not have wifi coming in to Peru and had a hard time connecting with my family and the host. My daughter was who reached out to the host and she mentioned he was a rude host. I was not able to see him as he is not in that country. Getting a taxi was hard no one wanted to assist. "Location of the hotel is excellent. Quick check in. Many at Reception speak English which is great. Ganiella, Annise are just fantastic. They are extremely aware and helpful in guiding about the city and neighborhood. Junior at the concierge is an absolutely gem 💎. You ask him and he will give you the best information. Rooms are good. Steam and Spa is good. Only one thing, 2 keys one for lift and one of room is little uncomfortable. Breakfast is nice and good variety. "
