Good in every possible ways.

Little older but very very clean! Wish food had been available throughout the day. Our group had to cross the street to eat but there are many restaurants there

We had doctor appointments early at UCLA and decided to spend the night at W. The folks were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. We had a room that was updated to a junior suite. The snacks and wet bar was good. The bathroom products can not be better. Davines from Italy. The bed was comfy too. The real problem is the air quality... The HVAC system is very tired. There are two zones. I used clorex wipes to clean the intake and outtake vents. I had to use several sheets. And they still need a lot of work. The windows have wooden shutters. They are very dusty too... Overall the W worked out for our trip. But I'm not sure we can stay there. With my wife's asthma and my allergies was quite a challenge... This was hard to write because the staff was so nice🙏🙏🙏 All the best Burton

The room is spacious it’s like you are renting a an apartment everything you needed is here just like staying here is staying at your home. Love everything the proximity to Disneyland and Disney California is awesome. Everything is close by . I highly recommend the ClementineHotel and Suites.

Courteous staff. Complementary wine was very nice. Room was clean and cute. Whole hotel felt like going back in time. Very nice.
