"The bath towel had a hole in it, the shower water pressure was terrible and the water was cold. The floor was dirty and some kind of glue substance starting oozing from the floors (we were on floor 3). We checked out early and asked if we could get any compensation for the issues and the woman at the front desk was rude "

Complementary breakfast was very good with a number of items to choose from. Checkout was quick and very accommodating. Was surprised to see a pool and hot tub area. Looked very welcoming with excellent surroundings. "
