About this property
White River Views, Covered Porch Cabin
Morning coffee with White River views from the covered porch. This vaulted-ceiling cabin sits in Mullet's Landing, a private gated property of just four cabins beside the Calico Rock Boat Ramp, where local trout guides launch. A main-floor bedroom with two queens, an upstairs loft with a queen and a twin, two full baths, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and a fire pit with starter firewood. Sleeps up to 7.
The space: Vaulted ceilings, warm wood and large windows facing the White River fill this cabin with natural light. The open living, kitchen and dining area is made for gathering after a day on the water.
Sleeping (sleeps 7): • Bedroom (main floor): two queen beds • Loft (upstairs, open to the living room): one queen bed and one twin bed
Bathrooms: • Two full bathrooms: one with a tub and shower, one with a walk-in shower • Fresh towels provided
Kitchen and dining: • Full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher • Keurig Duo (K-Cups or ground coffee) • Cookware, dishes and utensils, plus a dining table
Comfort: • Central heat and air • 100 Mbps Wi-Fi • Smart TVs (sign in to your own streaming accounts) • Washer and dryer
Outdoors: • Covered porch with seating and White River views • Charcoal grill (bring charcoal and lighter fluid) • Private fire pit with starter firewood
Trout fishing and boat access: The White River is known for its rainbow trout and trophy brown trout. The Calico Rock Boat Ramp sits at the entrance to Mullet's Landing, and local guides run trips from it. Bring your own boat (there's room to park the trailer at the cabin) or book a trip with a guide at the ramp.
Guest access: The whole cabin, covered porch, fire pit and yard are yours. Park at the cabin, with room for a boat trailer. Self check-in with a lockbox: we send the code and directions before you arrive. The gated entrance is beside the Calico Rock Boat Ramp, and the cabins sit farther inside the property.
Good to know: • Riverbanks are steep in places, and the water level changes with dam releases. Take care near the river. • Swimming isn't recommended: the water is cold and the current changes quickly. • No pets, smoking or events. Check-in after 3 pm, checkout by 11 am. 2-night minimum. • Mullet's Landing has four cabins. Groups can book two or three side by side and still have their own space. • About 5 minutes to historic downtown Calico Rock and about 25 minutes to Lake Norfork. Mountain View, with Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center, is an easy day trip.
Located in Calico Rock, this cabin is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Loco Ropes! and Twin Lakes Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore White River and Calico Rock City Park. Tomlinson Art and Science Center and Norfork National Fish Hatchery are also worth visiting. Visit our Calico Rock travel guide
