it's more like a hostal. loud receptionist. fan only. air conditioning is extra. wensite says 20k pesos but they wanted 90k extra per day. key has huge holder. uncomfortable and disgusting bed. everything is old. i do not recommend this hostal to anyone.

ESPANTOSO. HORRIBLE. de lo peor que me toco en mucho tiempo. Sucio, ruidoso, en mal estado. Las habitaciones son espantosas. Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitaciĆ³n por lo ruidoso que es y nos terminamos yendo a las 12 de la noche porque era imposible descansar. Carisimo para lo que ofrecen, a cuadras hay un hotel mas barato y nuevo e impecable.

PƉSIMA EXPERIENCIA - NO LO RECOMIENDO

Ā”PƉSIMO! RealicĆ© la reserva y el pago anticipado con 2 semanas y media de anticipaciĆ³n. Cuando lleguĆ© al hotel me encontrĆ© con la sorpresa que NO tenĆ­an habitaciones disponibles y argumentaron que la plataforma de Hoteles.com habĆ­a cometido un error. Inicialmente me propusieron que anulara la reserva porque ellos no eran los responsables de lo sucedido. El administrador del hotel nunca diĆ³ la cara al asunto. Y luego de reclamarles con insistencia, accedieron a devolverme el dinero de la reserva que habĆ­a efectuado. Adicionalmente, se mostraron indiferentes a mi situaciĆ³n y no me propusieron reubicarme en algĆŗn otro hotel. En resumidas cuentas, NO RECOMIENDO este establecimiento hotelero: DESASTROSO en todo el sentido de la palabra. En lo poco que percibĆ­ del lugar notĆ©: vergonzosa atenciĆ³n al cliente, desorganizaciĆ³n logĆ­stica y locativa y desaseo en la recepciĆ³n.

Me pareciĆ³ excelente la pĆ”gina de hoteles.com, me pareciĆ³ muy econĆ³mica la reserva. El hotel Estuvo muy bueno, el entorno extraordinario, el servicio tambiĆ©n me encantĆ³. Las habitaciones estaban estupendas. Yo vuelvo a reservar con ustedes y recomiendo a hoteles.com.

Afortunadamente estuve solo por una noche... Dicen que tienen parqueadero y en realidad no tiene, te dicen que dejes el auto en la calle...Habitaciones sucias e instalaciones antiguas... definitivamente no lo recomiendo!
