They didn't tell us that you had to pay for parking. On their website it said free parking. And to ours surprise we had a dog next door and wined and barked all night. Keep me up all night. So in a nut shell worst hotel experience I have had. To top it off it was our Anniversary

Overall a very nice hotel, especially the room and comfy bed. Just a few little things, i had to ask why we were charged an extra $100 when booking in as the receptionist didn't explain before giving us the receipt so had to go back to query it (its for breakages / extras erc which will be refunded). The only other small thing was no info in room on how to find the TV guide, we had to Google it 😆

Overall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a chunk of the bathroom door missing and needing repair and it appeared only one of the elevators worked to take you to the lobby. Only one elevator descends to the parking lot so you have to get out and take another elevator to the parking. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Had to pay for parking even though we were staying at the hotel, we complained the staff didn’t care, lots of homeless people hanging around outside doing drugs…very bad atmosphere….we complained about that also, same result. Will never go back again, first and last time at the Sandman for our family.

Great staff, fitness center, Moxie’s, cleanliness!! The only issue was that the sink wasn’t draining.

Service is great. Loved the underground parking and easy access to elevator. We had a newborn with a stroller so was super convenient! Bathroom was quite small, probably the smallest bathroom I’ve ever had- probably my biggest complaint but overall everything was good!

Great customer service! Only complaints were the small bathroom and backing right onto the train tracks. Otherwise clean friendly stay!
