Had to wait for the front desk for a good 10 mins before check in. Never had to sign a form for an extra guest when the room was booked for 2 people. Terrible front desk staff and the room had a stingy smell.

Property was under construction, was very noise from 930am to 6pm Staff was good and location was good as well. Not the quietest building even after construction hours. On the plus side my wife loved the bidet and the room was cozy, the bed was not great for comfort.

It is located within Downtown Calgary and C-Train station is within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The property itself is bit run down but the management is doing renovation from time to time, so i would expect it gets better soon.

The Coast hotel location is super-convenient, good value, very affordable breakfast, and the staff were accommodating when I asked for help printing a document and for a later checkout. There is a bit of noise while construction is underway, during the day, and the décor isn't fancy. I will happily stay again.

The gentleman we checked in with at 4pm March 17th was extremely rude.. to the point i will never stay there ever again. The lady i had checking out was wonderful and answered all my questions so kindly.

Excellent area in downtown Calgary. The staff are awesome and friendly. They offer a prepaid breakfast which is not to my taste but good for on the go when you don’t have time to stop for a bite. It is very close to everything downtown, offers inexpensive parking and is pet friendly.

The front desk reception was very professional, proficient and to deal with. Room was a pleasant surprise being a proper full apartment like suite. It had a very state-of-the-art commode. Facility was clean and the breakfast to go was a great deal.

This hotel is very old. I was not expecting that when I saw the pictures online. It felt unsafe outside as well and we could smell cannabis in our room. The rooms are very clean though and roomy and have kitchens and the price is reasonable. There was also a heated toilet seat which was nice. The staff were very professional and friendly and the place is really quiet. But I wouldn't go outside at night. It's in a neighbourhood that feels sketchy.
