I've frequented this hotel several times and consistently had positive experiences. It's peaceful, with a punctual airport shuttle service. The rooms are tidy, and the staff is satisfactory. The onsite restaurant offers tasty meal choices. I appreciate the lack of intrusion, and if I ever need to reach downtown, it's conveniently located.

This is the second time in a row that my king room did not have a microwave. Besides that everything was fine

We want to inform you that we do not have any microwave in any of our standard rooms, for future I would recommend booking the Applause Executive Suite which is the only room that will have a microwave inside the room for personal use. Otherwise we do have microwave accessible for all the guest to use and you’d just have to ask one of our Guest Services Agent so they can direct you. Great hotel to stay at. My complaint is the bathrooms have no fans so the mirror and bathroom gets so steamed up and we found the shower so hard and confusing to figure out.

Excellent staff, room was very clean. The only issue we had was that the shower didn’t drain very well. Will definitely stay here again.

I was able to check in early. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly at the front desk, in the restaurant and on the property. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. There is one restaurant on site and many dining options at the casino which is across from the hotel. This our second stay in two months. My only negative is that the duvet covers are torn and need to be replaced.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was such a great choice. Check-in staff was great, the rooms are clean and even have lights under the bed! Usually the restaurant at hotels are overpriced and not very good. HIGHLY recommend eating at Tonic Kitchen - so good!! The Chicken Tika Masala and Steak were my two favorite. They also are open until 1am and the hot tub until 12am. Will definitely be staying here again.

I loved this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that I was unable to have a shower in the morning because I could not figure out how to get the water hot in the shower. Really cool shower I was looking forward to using it.
