Hi Candi,We do apologize for any confusion. For environmental purposes, we replace the bed sheets for multi-night stays every other day, unless requested to change daily, by setting out said card in each guest room.Of course, when a guest checks out, regardless of one night or multi-night, the room is completely cleaned and sanitized. All of our rooms are newly renovated, but we will be sure to take a very close look at the room you stayed in to ensure it meets the high cleaning standards we set for ourselves. Thank you for letting us know.

We have made some recent enhancements to our breakfast as of late, and have received very positive feedback.
