"Best Western overcharged me at $119.95 + Tax which came out yo around $146/-, even after I told them Expedia had quoted me a rate I’d $89.75 + Tax. I did not have time to find my Expedia email because I had to rush to the airport. Unethical business practice. Period. End of story."

"The Bar service and selection was good. The room we were given was noisy, not well insulated from noise next door or in the hallway. The room amenities very minimal."

"Front desk staff totally incompetent. I booked and paid full amount through expedia in Nov. 2025 for end of March 2026 wedding. But the hotel staff first could not find my booking. Then just gave us 1 room. Then charged me for almost $700 as deposit and told me it would not really charge me just hold it. And today I found it was posted on my credit card statement. The hotel was very unorganized with hocky kids running around wild and play floor hockey along the hallway at 2am. The kids banged our door twice past midnight. Could not sleep at all. Definitely not going back. Really disappointed for the poor service."
