Modern Farmhouse-Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Game Room

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Enjoy your own delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, gather in the dining room with seating for 8, enjoy a movie on Netflix or Disney+ on a huge 65" OLED 4K TV and 7.2 Klipsch Surround Sound with a large sectional providing seating for the whole family.

Outside on the back patio you will find outdoor seating with a fire pit, a hot tub for 5, and a 6 burner BBQ. This home has everything you need and is in a great location! Downtown is just a short drive away where there are plenty of things to do.

Indian Creek Plaza (located downtown) has plenty of great shopping and a variety of delicious food. The Plaza also offers seasonal activities like farmers markets in the summer or Christmas lights and ice skating in the winter. There are 20 different wineries located in Caldwell and all of them are within 10 miles of this beautiful home.

Guests have full access to the house, garage, and yard. Guests are free to message with any questions or concerns but we value our guests privacy and won't be disturbing you during your stay. House is located in a quiet neighborhood with custom homes and mature landscaping. For Guests with Young Children: A Pack N' Play has been left in the master bedroom closet. There is also a booster seat located in a cupboard behind the refrigerator.
