If you are visiting the Caldwell area to go wine tasting this is very conveniently located to most sunny slope wineries. Big plus! This being my first VRBO I didn’t know what to expect. Some things that would have made this the perfect trip: the floors would have been cleaner, the thresholds would have been securely attached to the floor, and the house would have been better ventilated. Fortunately for me my sense of smell is poor. My wife is not blessed with this deficiency. To her the house smelled terrible. But a little ventilation and some air fresheners made it bearable. Like was mentioned this was my first VRBO, so not familiar with the process on how to resolve issues like this. Had to cut the trip early due to a family emergency and ended up paying for a day we were not using the house. If this is common practice I can accept that. This house could be so much more and has great potential and I may try it again in the future.
