"The Hotels aura and appearance was in fair condition overall. Our room was clean and spacious . Probably visited (Late Feb) on the wrong week. Several discrepancy during our 4day stay. Property/Staff: Made reservati2mons prior was not ready for 2hr early check-in +$50. Elevators being serviced all good minor inconvenience. Staff hardly at front desk wait for several min to get assistance. Maid carts constantly blocking hall walkways. All Floor Ice Machines down or No Ice, had to wait ask Front desk to get from Kitchen.
Room- Suoer high shower water pressure (not adjustable), Portable coffee maker not working; all good have Few coffee makers in cafe area, Only 1 1/4 TP rolls and almost empty tissue box provided.
Last but not least a Notification letter slipped under door to our room indicating a complaint of Marijuana smell/smoke reminder that smoking prohibited $250 surcharge and/or prosecution (Understandable and clearly in the Terms and Condition disclosure). Just hoping letter was distributed to all hotel residents and not solely directed to my room ** Note: I do have Colorado License Plate LOL. Reasonable assumption but not me I promise.
Decent Room rates and good location. Plenty of food, entertainment and shopping nearby. I would stay again if need be but not so good 1st time Hyatt experience. Star rating given is just my experience."
WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Boise - Meridian
8/10 Good
"Location cannot be any better. First hotel room we have ever had with a washer/dryer. Liked all the amenities in the room. Would be perfect if room was just a tad bigger. Good, safe parking. Only negative was the flavored coffee pods at the coffee station in the lobby. A keurig in the room would be better than the drip one."
"Room looked like it has never had more than a quick sweep done to it in the past decade. Dust covered every surface, sticky floor, dead bugs and insects everywhere, all fabric had nasty yellow staining, the lamp shades looked like someone had a boxing match with them, all decor was either broken or breaking, bathroom had indescribable gunk in every corner, etc. But the man at the front desk that checked us in at night was incredible and genuinely the only good thing about the hotel. "
