Vacanza rilassante e confortevole

Pulizia impeccabile, casa dotata di tutti i servizi, cucina molto attrezzata, bagno grande con finestra. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza molto rilassante e confortevole. La casa si trova a due passi da una rifinitissima Coop Famiglia (con un reparto bio degno di un grande Natura Sí). A 10 minuti da Levico Terme per vacanze benessere e termali (fanghi bagni inalazioni...). Posto auto all'interno del cortile della casa (un po' difficile accedervi se si ha un'auto molto larga).

Mitten in Caldonazzo

Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch im Haus wohnen. Das Küchenzubehör ist dürftig. Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Die Matratzen der Betten sind viel zu weich. Der See ist fußläufig in 45 Min. zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit ist unter einem Carport. Es gibt eine Gästekarte von dem Vermieter, damit kann man gratis mit dem Bus nach Trento fahren. Fazit: Wir werden nicht mehr kommen, schon wegen der unbequemen Schlafsituation!

Magnifico appartamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend in questo magnifico appartamento in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, molto funzionale (non manca nulla) e con vista sul verde del giardino e dei monti. I proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e molto discreti. Per noi è stato un fantastico soggiorno.

Niet helemaal wat we ervan verwacht hadd

De matrassen van de bedden zijn veel te zacht. 2 pers bed is een soort slaapfauteuil en lag niet lekker. De foto's van de tuin waren onder andere van de tuin vd buren. Er was geen omheinde tuin wat voor ons een vereiste was ivm onze hond em wat wel in de omschrijving stond. Ook stond er een trampoline op de foto die er niet was. De tuin was open en heel klein.

Exzellente Wohnung, exzellenter Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in Caldenazzo war ein Volltreffer. Sehr schöne Wohnung, großzügig eingerichtet und gut sauberzuhalten. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter, mit Hund super. Zwei Äußerungen anderer Bewertungen bedürfen der Korrektur: 1. Die Vermieter sind ganz und gar nicht laut, sondern mehr als dezent. Wer kommt nur auf solche Tartarenmeldung? 2. Die Einfahrt ist für jedes normale Fahrzeug problemlos passierbar. Wer natürlich im Kampfpanzer-SUV anrückt, ist selber schuld.

Wohnung sehr hellhörig

Wir waren im Oktober in dieser Wohnung, da die Außentemperaturen vorallem nachts schon sehr kühl waren, wäre eine eingeschaltete Heizung von Vorteil gewesen, außerdem waren die Geräusche aus der Wohnung darüber sehr laut, hier hätten die Vermieter ein bisschen mehr Rücksicht nehmen können, Parkplatzsituation sehr eng, wie viele hier schon schreiben. Verständigung wenn man kein Englisch spricht sehr schwierig, da nur englisch u. italienisch gesprochen wird. Sauberkeit na ja...

Heerlijk huisje

Heerlijk huisje, helemaal schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. De wasmachine en vaatwasser zijn echt een pre. Zo wordt je vakantie echt makkelijk gemaakt. Als je langer bent dan 170 is het tweepersoonsbed iets te kort, voetjes buitenboord maar dat is gebruikelijk in Italië . Rustige omgeving, dichtbij het strand en supermarkt. De mensen van wie je huurt zijn supervriendelijk. Wifi is wel bar slecht, maar op vakantie geeft dat niet.

Schöne top eingerichtet Wohnung. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Lange, Einkaufen, See, Wandern alles sehr gut erreichbar. Wir waren mit Hund, sie konnte im Garten und Hof frei laufen. Vermieter haben selbst eine Hund.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im April eine Woche dort. Die Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist recht gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss aber wissen, dass es eine Außentreppe zur Ferienwohnung gibt und das Parken mit einem größeren Auto recht schwierig ist. Die Durchfahrt ist recht schmal, nur mit eingeklappten Spiegel möglich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung, Platz für Ebikes in Gartenhaus, Zufahrt ist sehr schmal ( Spiegel einklappen ), Parken im Hof erfordert Rangieren mit wenig Platz, viele Möglichkeiten mit dem Rad die Gegend zu erkunden, waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr nette Familie über die man eine wunderschöne Etagenwohnung bekommt. Die Wohnung ist für eine kleine Familie (3-4) vom Platz her top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen im Umkreis von ca.2Km. Zum See sowie zu guten Restaurants kann man zu Fuß laufen. Im Ganzen gesagt, ein gelungener Urlaub mit guten Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, lecker Essen und Baden gehen.

zentrumnah, wesentliches fußläufig zu erreichen, für Familien geeignet, sauber und ordentlich

Wie in der Beschreibung war alles vorhanden. Zentrumnah. Der nächste Supermarkt (Coop) ist knappe 50m durch einen Gasse zu erreichen. Bäcker und Metzger fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Bar, Cafe und Restaurants, Spielplatz ebenfalls. (ca. 3 - 5 Minuten) See 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß. Bahnhof 15 Minuten (gute Verbindungen nach Trento >> zu empfehlen per Zug) Highlight Milchautomat zum selber zapfen neben der Post (auch per Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen) Highlight Weinzapfanlage im Supermarkt. Highlight Dampfbad in der Dusche der FeWo. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Bilder realistisch. Bett für Kleinkind nur bedingt geeignet, da kein Rausfallschutz. Selbst mitbringen! Babybett vorhanden und auch Hochstuhl. Sauber und ordentlich. Küche gut ausgestattet. Manko: Topflappen fehlen. ;) TOP: Spül- und Waschmaschiene. FLOP: zu kleiner Wäscheständer. TOP: Dampfbad in der Dusche der FeWo. FLOP: Stromnetz; beim Anschalten zu vieler Geräte gleichzeitig fliegt ab und an der Hauptsicherungsschalter raus. ;) Highlight: Aussicht vom Balkon. Garten gepflegt und Spielmöglichkeit für Kleinkinder. TOP: Parkplatz im Hof. FLOP: die winzige Einfahrt... ab Autobreite Touran wirds eng... TOP: Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
