Barcelona is 45 minutes away and beaches are 15 minutes away. This holiday villa is located 5 minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, local shops.

Big leveled area, partly with lawn, between the bathing area and the outdoor gate with a playground for kids,
Fenced bathing area, with garden furniture, a 4×10 large pool,

Villa Mas Niell is a huge stone-built mansion of de 550 m2, divided into 2 main floors, equipped with air-conditioning.
