  • Ocean Vista is a truly spectacular spacious villa with uninterrupted views of over the beautiful Obidos Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean and is just a short 5 min walk from the fantastic beach of Foz do Arelho.
    The villa is ideally placed to take advantage of the stunning sunsets and sea views. On the ground level, the villa offers a modern and spacious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with new stainless appliances five spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms.
    There are sliding glass doors from 3 bedrooms and the living room, which overlook the beach, lagoon and ocean. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a large bathroom and a separate lounge area. There is also spacious games area with a Pool and Table Tennis Table and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
    The villa sports a beautiful private Heated Pool, spacious grounds and large wrap around deck, also with ocean views.
    The beach in Foz fo Arelho is rated as one of the best Blue Flag beaches in Euorpe. With its extensive sandy beaches one can always enjoy a peaceful spot even in the busiest of times. Stunning views and beautiful house.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. There was an issue with the heated pool and the owner worked diligently to resolve it. Easy check in and check out. If you want to stay near the Foz do Arelho area than this property should be on your radar screen.

Amazing villa in fantastic location

Our family group of 10 stayed for a week in this incredible property with amazing sea views. It is so well equipped with beautiful furnishings. There is everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The resort is beautiful with a choice of lovely restaurants. A visit to the nearby medieval town of Óbidos is a must, it is very beautiful. The host, Emil, was so helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We will 100% be booking here again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed excellent holiday with children and grandchildren in this magnificent holiday home with awesome views of the ocean and lagoon.it is fully equipped, well maintained and has a warmed swimming pool.a lot of interesting places to visit in the neighbourhood.( a car is needed also to go shopping in the supermercado)

Luxury Villa in the Mist

The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets.

Amazing villa

An outstanding villa with spectacular views, we were a large family and didn’t use the full space available, because it is so spacial - you could even bring an au pair or caterer, there is that much space. A total must have was the heated pool, we were grateful for that after spending time at the beach and in the stunning Atlantic Ocean which has its waves and quieter and safer lagoon. Our host was attentive and concerned for us having a great time which we did, thank you very much

Great spot for multi generation vacation!

We stayed here a week with 10 people between 80 and 2! House met all expectations for our group. Great to have all the games and the gym for the teenagers. The view is unbelievable and different every day. The pool is lovely although it would be even better with a safety gate. We had a few hiccups that were no one's fault and the property manager responded and resolved the issues quickly. It is definitely more of a walk to the beach than we anticipated (the incline is no joke!) but with a house.like that, we were happy to stay home!

Lovly vaccation

Spacious and spectacular!

This home was a dream! Beautiful views and ocean breezes! Wonderful kitchen and luxurious bathrooms for all guests. We enjoyed local restaurants, walking on the beach and using this as a jumping off point for other nearby places of interest. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Amazing holiday home in an amazing area

An amazing stay. The house is beautiful with a wonderful pool and pots of entertainment. The kitchef was very well appointment, we had no trouble cooking large meals for 10 people every day. The views from the house are stunning and you are only a short walk away from the beach and a short car ride from a lovely town with lots to see and do. I would stay here again anytime.

This villa felt like we were the first ones to stay there - so clean and fresh. Host was always helpful and communicated well - local support was not available the week we were there but host continued to answer questions via Vrbo.Kitchen had every utensils you could ever imagine - dishes galore for self catering and a dry food cupboard with spices etcPool was great size, warm and easy to use (cover etc) there was pool tools available and we left some more for the next guests.Plenty of space and seating areas - downstairs was much bigger than we anticipated and great for teens who didn’t want to be around us.Beds were incredibly comfortable, no air con in rooms but fans provided. Great shutters which meant complete darkness.Views of lagoon and beach were stunning.

Oceanview

The house was simply wonderful. The large kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all comfortable and easy to use. We loved the views and downhill walks to the beaches and town. Coming back uphill was a bit more challenging! Several people in our group used an Uber but would definitely recommend having a car if you want to use this as a base to explore central Portugal

Amazing location and views

Property is very large with plenty of space including games/tv room which is great for young families and/or teenagers to entertain. WIFI reaches whole property including by pool, pool is great size and loads of shades and loungers available. Kitchen has all you need and BBQ area works well especially to enjoy the views whilst cooking. The location is great, some steep short walks to get to beach but it’s not far and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Lots of local supermarkets in nearby town. The views are amazing and every night we watched the sunset which makes the evenings amazing. Property is really clean and the owners kindly got a midweek (2 week stay) clean done which was very thorough. Excellent property

Stunning views and luxurious villa

The villa is simply stunning. You can actually hear the Ocean from the huge spacious terrace. The villa itself easily accommodates 10 people. The downstairs games room and other facilities are ideal. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are luxurious. The heated pool is an aded bonus and enabled children to swim all afternoon !! whilst adults simply admired the Ocean view. The beach is so clean and the beach bars are perfect for a lunchtime drink and food. Would highly recommend. Obidos is well worth a visit too. Stunning.

Brilliant Villa

The property was great and better than the web site, the management company was not existent and we had to call a previous employee to get into the property on arrival and the we did not have any contact from the existing management company even when we lost water for one day and did not know what to do.Brilliant property terrible on the ground support.

Large villa with everything you would expect and more. Clean, comfortable, excellent. It was some days in June a bit cloudy in the morning and strong wind, but this avoided we got a severe sunburn. Beach boulevard is in walking distance and lovely places nearby. Super.

Ein tolles Gesamtpaket. Perfekt für einen entspannten Familientrip. Die Villa ist wunderschön, top ausgestattet und hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter konnten wir alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses und der Umgebung in vollen Zügen genießen. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel.
