"Ratings shown on Expedia 9/10 are absolutely misleading. The rates are comparable to 5 star hotels with services of 2 star hotels. Linen, towels worn out, stained, breakfast very ordinary, allocated room was stuffy and small, they did upgrade to a bigger room. "

"Rooms were dirty. No lights for more than 2 hours in middle of night. To noisy at nights specially with the standard of guests not the same as before. Gym is filthy and the breakfast standard has gone down."
