"A really lovely house with every accomodation you need to spend a perfect holiday. We even found a dutch novel our daughter started to read :). It really is close to the beach, with just 5-10 mins walk. By car, Livorno, Pisa and even Florence are very closeby, and perfect getaways for when you want a break from the beach. The owner is a friendly guy who is very responsive and reachable should you have questions. We felt very welcome! Thanks for a lovely holiday!"

"We were told we could check in until 20:00. Due to a mix up about the address (the address is in Pisa, not Livorno, and the same address in Livorno is nearly ten miles from the actual apartment) we took much longer to get to the Vrbo than we had originally told the property manager. We did, however, finally get the correct location and got a taxi to the address with an arrival at 19:45. We were then told by the property manager that she had had a long day and she was not willing to meet up...

"It is a fours stars resort, but this is not the case. The hotel is clean, the room big, the breakfast is very good. However it is an old structure that was renewed, but everything is essential not luxury at all to be rated as four stars"
