"Google Maps takes you to a different location. The place is called something else. Breakfast was ok. Not many place open around us to eat dinner (probably time of year) but options open were not very friendly. Street parking is plenty and fine. You have to walk to get to the beach. It is not on property. Across the street somewhere. Pool staff were friendly! Big plus to them. Good for an overnight stay."

"I had a wonderful two weeks at Roberto’s property. It was very clean, close to the beach, quiet, and secure parking. There’s a well stocked supermarket one block away, and a gelateria right across the street. The Livorno-Pisa-Florence autostrada is about 2 miles away, which makes touring very easy. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean and exactly as listed. A couple of small issues. We stayed late sep early oct, it was getting cold at night. No heat on in building or towel rack radiator. The hot water was only luke warm except in the shower. This gave the impression that the host was too hard up to pay the energy bills."
