"The villa is beautifully presented throughout, very modern and clean, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious and well equipped. Pool was lovely, and definitely needed during our stay. All rooms had AC and WiFi worked perfectly. Short walk into the town so easy to access some great bars and restaurants. Beach just at the end of the road so great location. Supermarkets nearby so a car not a necessity for us, we used the excellent bus service to get around as needed."

"Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. "My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4."
