"ICON Valparaíso provided an absolute dream experience for our honeymoon in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the team set the tone for an incredible trip. Hospitality & Service Isabel gave us the warmest welcome, greeting us with a glass of cava after our late arrival. Realizing we hadn't eaten, she went above and beyond by calling several local restaurants to check availability. Walking into our room we found another bottle of cava alongside a sweet personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, Sebastian was another standout staff member, offering fantastic local recommendations that enhanced our itinerary. The entire service team was consistently kind, friendly, and helpful. Room & Amenities Our Standard Double Room with Sea View offered breathtaking coastal vistas, a theme that carried throughout the entire property you truly get a great view from virtually every corner of the hotel. Pool & Terrace: The pool and lounge area never felt overcrowded, offering a serene atmosphere to relax. Ordering refreshments was effortless using the QR codes on the sun lounger tables the poke bowls were fresh and delicious, and the sangria pitchers were exceptional. Cala Access: A short, easy walk leads right down to the local cala. The outdoor shower on the way back up to the hotel terrace was a super convenient detail for rinsing off. Dining: Breakfast each morning offered fantastic variety and quality alongside breathtaking views"

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Cala Murada. Das Haus ist sehr schön und vor allem die Küche ist modern und bietet extrem gute Ausstattung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Auch die Pools sind schön und die gesamte Anlage gut gepflegt. Parkplätze waren auch in der Hochsaison immer verfügbar. Die Katzenfamilien hat uns ebenfalls viel Freude bereitet.In kurzen Wegen kann man viele wunderschöne Buchten besuchen."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Géraldine. Le logement était fidèle à l’annonce et très bien équipé. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine très appréciable avec les chaleurs. La proximité avec la plage, était aussi très appréciée !"

"Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Räume sind schön eingerichtet und sauber und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und die Dachterrasse sind sehr gemütlich und luxuriös gestaltet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

"Die Lage und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen, ebenso die Kommunikation.Wir hatten alles,was benötigt wirdEinfach Top Einige Dinge könnten / sollten altersbedingt erneuert / überarbeitet werden (Ablufthaube, Kochlöffel etc.) und ein paar schönheitsdinge am Haus und außerhalb aber nichts großes Vielen Dank, wir hatten tolle Tage "

"Gostamos muito do hotel. A localização é excelente, com um mercado bem em frente e vários restaurantes próximos. Todos os funcionários nos atenderam muito bem, especialmente o senhor que nos recebeu durante a madrugada. Ele foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e nos fez sentir muito bem-vindos. Com certeza recomendamos este hotel!"

"Super schönes großes Haus. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft. Fur die Kinder gab es ein kleines Spielzeug zur Begrüßung, für die Erwachsenen Chips und Wein - danke dafür :)! Die Hängematten auf dem Dach waren toll, die Aussicht mega. Der Pool war super, leider aber nach einer Woche sehr ungepflegt da wir nur Chlor reinschmeissen sollten. Ein paar Mankos wie die rostigen Heizungen und das warme Wasser was hin und wieder weg war gab es leider. Die Hausverwalter waren allerdings immer schnell vor Ort und konnten helfen. Die Betten und Matratzen könnten auch langsam wieder ausgetauscht werden, gerade im Hochbett. Es gab eine Laube mit viel Spielzeug, Schwimmwesten, Badetieren etc. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit ein paar kleinen Abzügen. Würden trotzdem wieder buchen."
