Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). "The Villa is located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the Son Moll beach. It was well equipped for a family of four plus grandparents. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and sitting room was a lovely relief from the hot weather! "Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. "Fantastic Villa, with great decor throughout and impressive views from the sun deck. Nice welcome touches when we arrived. Villa is close enough to some nice restaurants but far enough away from the nightlife to be relaxing if you wanted it. We all had a great time."

"Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."
