"Pros: Das Haus hat einen schönen Innen-, wie Aussenbereich. Die beiden Bäder sind frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub. Das Check-In sowie der gesamte Kontakt mit Markus war sehr angenehm. Würden die Finka auf jeden fall wieder buchen."

"Der Aussenbereich ist schön, mit Grill. Im Garten stehen überall Orangen- und Zitronenbäume, die Petro (Besitzer) pflegt und hegt. Wir durften seine feinen Orangen, Zitronen pflücken und geniessen. Nur würden wir ein nächstes Mal in der wärmeren Zeit das Haus mieten, wo man draussen sein kann, da Eingang/Esstisch/Wohnraum nur 1 kleiner Raum ist und eng war um abends sich dort aufzuhalten (zum Essen, Wohnen..). Petro war sehr hilfsbereit, wenn was war. "

"Pros: If you have high expectations from seeing the pictures, you are right so. The finca lives up to them easily. Its the old family home and you can see how much love and care went into everything for an enjoyable stay for guests. The owner and his mother are very attentive, but in a restrained manner and provide helpful information on beaches, restaurants, etc. The finca is about 4 km outside of the nice city of Artà. "Fantastic Villa, with great decor throughout and impressive views from the sun deck. Nice welcome touches when we arrived. Villa is close enough to some nice restaurants but far enough away from the nightlife to be relaxing if you wanted it. We all had a great time."

"Pros: Very quiet, no other guests visible. Groceries quite near (of course you need a car). We stayed in December, so we didn't use the pool, but we could. Some things in the fridge, so we were able to come down and have a coffee, before we really had to buy something. Large shower, good TV. The road at the house is a real adventure, come with a small car!"

"Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."
