Very nice welcome package with some essentials from host

Nice to have an outdoor shower to keep the inside sand free
Host very easy to reach and very responsive.
Some issues:
Most importantly there were cameras inside the property, one of which was pointed towards the door of the bathroom. We did contact the host and we covered them with a sock during our stay but it made us all very uncomfortable.
Only 1 towel per person in a house with a pool and...

"Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer, sicher im Sommer fantastisch, wir waren im Februar mit viel Wind unterwegs, da kann man sie nicht nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für ein Ferienhaus, es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeberin war ansprechbar in allen Dingen und zur Stelle, wenn man sie brauchte.Sehr angenehmer Umgang mit den Gästen."

Cons: The wind blowing by the dinner table area almost all the time. It seems that Santanyi area is more windy and cloudy than Palma area. Bad luck too!

"Wir waren zu zweit im März vor Ort. Die Finca ist wirklich toll und bietet alles was man braucht! Wir haben tolle Abendstunden auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Auch die Vermieterin Gudrun Deger ist sehr lieb und für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-Out waren unkompliziert.

"The location is hard to beat! The view is absolutely stunning and it was great to have access to the roof terrace
I would suggest getting newer mattresses as they had some springs protruding and dip in the middle… We also missed blinds in the bathroom (overlooking the cove) for when we wanted to shower after dark. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked. Also having anything to create shade on the roof would be greatly appreciated"

Andres ist ein überaus aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der innerhalb von Minuten auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten reagiert. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Torre.
