"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Beautiful hotel in a restored Palau, well positioned in the centre of old Ciutadella. Lovely facilities including a gorgeous underground pool and spa, and with several small unheated outdoor pools. The outside dining area was magical."
"The property location was lovely, far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to drive in or get a taxi. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious and ours had a huge terrace area which was nice for late afternoon relaxing. The staff (particularly Marta) were very friendly and helpful and gave great advice for getting out and about on the island. The restaurant is fine dining so we only ate there once and had the tasting menu which was lovely. The only very small downside is the lack of availability of a small lunch when you don’t want to book in the restaurant, it would be good to be able to get this throughout the day and not just between the very limited hours (restricted to before 12.30 or after 4.30)"

The staff has some kinks to work out, they failed at our breakfast orders multiple times, and I still feel like they are finding their rhythm but overall it’s a beautiful lovely place. It’s quite remote which we didn’t realize but absolutely gorgeous when you get out there. Recommend their house drink and the gym. Dare I say prettiest gym view on the planet? "
