"It’s a 3 star no more no less. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Food was fine - standard AI in Spain. I did feel on arrival that the woman on the desk could have smiled and been more helpful. What let’s this place down is the other guests making a noise at all times if the day and night - shouting in the echoing corridors at 3am and for what when on for hours. Also should have been dealt with by the hotel but wasn’t "

"Just ok. This hotel is not prepared as it’s in the process of a big renovation. The man who checked us in was terrible, made a huge mistake on our check in, was rude, and never apologized or even attempted to compensate us in anyway After keeping us for 2.5 hour check in process, at 11pm. Thankfully I did not see him after that. Other than him everyone was lovely and kind. Will be great once finished "
