"The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. "Nice hotel, near Cala Brandinchi, it has comfortable cabins well equipped for families, nice staff, specially Cinthia the safeguard, which was really nice with us. Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest. Great hotel to go with kids of 4-13 years old"

"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
