The property is located on a nice part of the river just far enough from the casinos so you can enjoy taking your boat out without the headache of all the pec watercraft flying everywhere. House was extremely tidy and well kept. Hosts were very responsive as far as communication and check in procedures. I would recommend this spot to anyone who’s thinking of visiting bullhead. "Despite the listing and verbal assurances from owner's reps, the oven does not cook food; it only gets to a temperature of warming food; and the BBQ does not work to cook food; again, only perimeter burners used for keeping cooked food warm. The Internet routers are in locked box and we could not reset them. Internet went down many times. The Contract was onerous and asks the renter to pay for appliance repairs, pool equipment repairs, maintain smoke alarms and any other item of defect not noted on an "Inspection Sheet" at check-in which house mgr. had no idea what we were talking about. We noted 31 items of not working, needing repair, needing maintenance and stains, etc. that the Contract, according to its terms, would have renter pay for if renter did not turn in the Inspection Sheet, which was nonexistent from Owner or owner's reps to renters. Interior front doorknob fell off shortly after we arrived. And the two other doors on the main floor were locked by owner or owners reps. "
