This newly renovated 1-bedroom ground floor apartment is in a small cozy gated compound with greenery. It is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible for a small family or business travelers. Near a collection of large malls and business parks. The compound has 24/7 security and secured gates and tons of convenient stores around the compound that deliver. Just 25 minutes from the Pyramids of Giza, 15 minutes from Smart Village, and 20 minutes to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The space
This apartment is brand new and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay for pleasure or work.

The highlights include:

* The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prep your meals, it includes a stove and an oven, as well as a microwave, kettle, a blender, and a large refrigerator. A coffee machine can be provided upon request. We have already provided the essentials including cleaning supplies and cooking utensils. If you need ingredients for cooking there is a nearby grocery store in the mall or we can help you set up a mobile application that delivers all your grocery needs to your doorstep.

* The extendable table can be used as a dinning space as well as a large workstation.

* Smart TV and high speed fiber-optic internet (average 28Mbps), the internet quota is 140 GB per month and can be increased based on your needs.

* There is a washing machine and a drying rack in the balcony.

* The water heater capacity is 80 liters allowing an entire family to take showers, hot water is also available in the kitchen.

* The apartment has two air conditioners (hot and cool) in the reception area and bedroom.

* The living area has a pull out couch for extra guests to sleepover if need be.

*The living area has two couches to lounge in.

* There is a small private balcony for morning coffee or late afternoon tea time.

* Electric shutters for complete darkness and extra privacy
Guest access
The entire apartment is fully yours, there is also a small balcony where you can sit to have morning coffee or an evening drink. Additionally, you may walk around or jog in the compound.
Other things to note
*We welcome small families and single travelers, noting that according to the country’s regulations guests have to submit their ID in advance to submit to compound security.

*Couples of Arab nationality will also have to submit a proof of marriage with their ID in advance to provide it to the compound security.

Visitation rules: * Visitors and guests are allowed in accordance with Egyptian and Islamic customs and traditions. *Families are allowed to gather, but we do not allow single people of opposite genders to gather. *Visitors are requested to leave before 9pm. *Visits should not conflict with the general quiet hours in the compound from 5 pm to 10 am. *Guests that wish to stay the night should submit their IDs to provide it to compound security.

*Cleanliness is the most important thing for us, keeping the house clean, allows us to continue to offer our guests a superb experience

*For longer term stays (more than a week), we require you to give access to cleaning the apartment once a week, this is to ensure that the apartment is always well maintained and cleaned. The cleaning charge is (USD15). We provide a cleaning leading lady to come to the apartment on one of three days (you choose: Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday). Thank you for understanding as this is crucial for us to keep the apartment clean for you and future guests.

**This property has a prepaid electricity meter, which we manage. For extended stays, guests must ensure access to the apartment for meter recharging to prevent power outages affecting appliances in both their unit and our home.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to be away for an extended period to avoid disruptions.


***Extra services***
** Extra cleaning during the stay: for longer term stays (more than 10 days), we require you to give access to cleaning the apartment once a week, this is to ensure that the apartment is always well maintained and cleaned. The cleaning charge is USD 15.
** Children furniture: The children furniture includes crib and a highchair each come with an extra USD 5 per night
** Internet: We offer a 35GB quota per week or 140GB per month, and the speed is 28Mbps. Should you require a larger quota on the same speed, please let us know, the extra 100 GB is for 5 USD. Should you require a higher speed, the upgrade charge to reach 70Mbps is 10 USD offering 250 GB, and 100Mbps is 15 USD offering also 250GB.
