Worst ever

I paid for one day there throw the app and when I called him to tell him I am coming he told me I need to pay in cash I told him I already paid he didn’t give me the room and did not pay me back the money and was very rude about it.

Jeg hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold på hotellet. Personalet var vennlige og imøtekommende, noe som gjorde at jeg følte meg godt ivaretatt bortsett fra første stund ( uprofissionale resepsjonister!!). Hele opplevelsen bar preg av varme og vennlighet, og jeg opplevde generelt at det egyptiske folket viser stor respekt og gjestfrihet overfor utenlandske besøkende. Hotellets beliggenhet er utmerket – i nærheten ligger et imponernde gammelt marked med utvalg og svært rimelige priser, noe som passer godt for folk med lavt budsjett. Alt i alt hadde jeg tre fantastiske dager her, og jeg sitter igjen med mange gode minner. Anbefales! I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel well taken care of regardless the beginning some of the receptionist was unprofessional. The entire experience was marked by warmth and kindness, and I found that the Egyptian people in general show great respect and hospitality toward foreign visitors. The hotel's location is excellent – nearby there's a charming old market with an impressive variety of goods and very affordable prices, which is ideal for travelers on a low budget. All in all, I had three wonderful days here and leave with many great memories. Highly recommended!
