"Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."

"The hotel is wonderful. Cleanliness, elegance, room size, exercise room, and the food (particularly the EGYPTIAN options!) are all great. Staff members are friendly and professional. Complimentary in-room coffee, tea, and water are also appreciated. The masjid on the property is great to have; I love the visibility - easy to find as you drive into the front gate - and appearance of the masjid. Please make sure qiblah direction is clearly marked in every room. Also, the shower area in some of your rooms is quite slippery; please do something about that for the safety of your guests. Overall, your hotel is great! Thank you!"
