Great room for stop over or a few days. Secure parking is a bonus. Rooms are clean and bathroom is dated but useable. Bed was comfortable. No noise outside after pool closed on time. Late check in instructions very clear and precise and had no trouble self checking in. Have stayed here many times.

Low cost, clean accomodation.

Great position, clean room with clean linen. Kitchenette with microwave and electric jug. A bedspread or bed cover would have been appreciated. Security gate locked at 10pm so after returning from a concert our car had to remain on the street for the night. Overall a clean, low cost accomodation option close to the hospital and esplanade.

Stayed here before whilst my partner was in Cairns Base Hospital. It gave me peace of mind to park my car at the property and know it was safe, especially with the gate being locked at nighttime. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of the hospital. Excellent reception and housekeeping service.

Actual facilities good; rooms very run down and in need of refurb. Room had an unpleasant musty/smoky smell (carpet?); very quiet and dark location near pool with small private outdoor area.

The room needs to renovated. It feels & looks like things have been bogged & siliconed very unsuccessfully. The were quite a few of the local Indigenous population just hanging which made us uncomfortable. Very comfortable beds though & very close to the northern end of the esplanade.
