This beautiful fully renovated classic Queenslander home makes the perfect base for two small families travelling together, or a group of friends. Consisting of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 lounge areas and two kitchens, including a covered outdoor kitchen/entertaining spread over two floors.
You'll love the modern, cozy feel to the home and the lush tropical gardens, giving the authentic tropical Cairns feel.

The self contained home is newly renovated with a mix of modern and classic charm. The two levels of this house are separate apartments, with private entrances and no internal linking stairs. This listing is for full access to both levels of the house.

All rooms are clean and airy with large built in Wardrobes. Rooms have brand new wall mounted A/C units as well as ceiling fans. essential for the tropical climate we enjoy here.
The outside areas are fully undercover/enclosed and are suitable all year round. Cairns doesn't get cold. I have found the outdoor entertaining areas are the highlight for most guests
The kitchens are fully equipped kitchen with some basic essentials, condiments, tea and coffee. The bathrooms have hair dryer, extra toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All linen is provided as well as bath towels. There is unlimited Wifi, a large TV and a super comfy lounge area equipped with a plethora of board games at hand.

This classic home is two separate apartments. This listing is for the entire place. The renovated home upstairs, and the brand new apartment on the ground floor. Your home away from home. You have complete privacy at your holiday home, but if you need help with anything during your stay, I am never too far away!

Your home will be located in a quiet street in Westcourt, lined with other classic Queenslander homes. Westcourt is one of Cairns' oldest suburbs, just far enough from the centre for a quiet night sleep but close enough for all the benefits of the city. It is just off the Mulgrave road, the main access route in and out of town.
The best way to visit Cairns, in my opinion, is to hire a car. there are so many awesome things to see, just a short drive away. Such as waterfalls, beaches, botanical gardens, the list goes on. At night time, due to the close proximity of the city centre, taxi's are very cheap. Better still, Uber has newly arrived in Cairns and provide a great service...a trip to the city centre is approximately $8.

This was a great place to stay lot of fun. Very clean and a great location. The outside kitchen and eating area made it feel like the tropics we all really liked it. I would recommend this property to my friends. I would stay here again.
This property was perfect for our basketball team of 7 females. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. Short drive to shops, restaurants and the Esplanade. Excellent host, friendly and very happy to assist you in any way. I would highly recommend this property.
This is a beautiful, cosy home and worked well for our stay with adult children. We loved spending the evening outside in the outdoor kitchen and dining area.
We stayed in both the upstairs and downstairs and both we so accommodating with lovely artefacts and little extras. We would definitely book here again.

Tom's property is incredibly spacious, well furnished, well appointed, great location! 7 Stars!
First, huge kudos to Tom. He was very good about communication, clear about expectations, and helped in advice in activities in the area. He gave excellent advice and even a discount on Great Barrier Reef snorkeling.
Second, the property itself exceeded expectations. Both the inside and outside are wonderfully furnished, beautiful, comfortable, good efficient and multiple AC units (we were there is hottest time), and outside with screened deck and outdoor kitchen. Safe and quiet, relaxing. Excellent yard, and driveway for car (although front street also fine to park).
We had only 4 of us, but this property could easily accommodate more (maybe up to 8). the location is very good and easy to get to town. Tom had snacks and breakfast food and so many bonuses that only the most conscientious owners provide.
For this reason, I would give 7 STARS on a 5 star max! We travel throughout the world, and Tom's Cairns property ranks up at the top 5%!!

Lovely modern apartment, unique kitchen facilities in a quiet area close to the centre of Cairns
Lovely modern design, well fitted out with large sitting area. Unique outdoor kitchen increased the size of the property with access to the garden. Quiet area within easy driving or walking distance of Cairns centre. Well situated for local shops. Very pleasant stay.
