The property was lovely and exceeded our expectations! There was a problem with the air conditioner and we couldn’t get our room above 20 C. We are older, and that was too cold for us, they tried to fix it, but we’re unable to.

The Casino is in such a great position, and it’s such a lovely walk along the waterfront if you want to go to the Lagoon or main area on the beachfront. It’s near enough that you can walk but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet, especially on a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend getting breakfast included if you are staying as the value is amazing and the food is yummy.

we really liked our room and balcony ,the pool area was really nice ,staff were also very nice ,disappointed with the lifts as broke down a few times and was stuck in 1 for about 4 min, a bit scary when you have a phobia also only 1 lift working out of 3.

We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, kind and helpful, especially Matthew. The property is good and at a convenient location. Only improvement required, bed’s can be more comfy with more comfy sheets. Had exceptional shower and clean bathroom. Love the bar downstairs and nice to drop by the casino.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a decent location and within walking distance to plenty of food, people watching, the marina, city pool & shopping. The room was decently decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The only weird thing for us yanks coming from the U.S., there were no vent fans in the toilet room or shower/bathroom which was quite odd as when someone uses the toilet room you're stuck smelling their poo smell. It appeared during our stay that the hotel only had 1 operational elevator out of 3 going up to guest rooms.

Overall this was a very good selection for a hotel however the rooms are a bit tired. The bed was very uncomfortable as the pillows were hard and there was a dampness to the sheets and duvet which were very heavy. On my last day, to be fair to the hotel, there was a small card that was face down, on the side table that said if you wanted different pillows, just ask. I wish I had seen that on day one! The thermostat was broken towards the end of my stay and the room temperature got up to 26c in the room. There was no water in the room. However, the location was great. It was literally near everything. The breakfast was great. The staff especially Matthew at the concierge desk were amazing. The view of the harbor from the balcony was a plus. They gave me 4 drink coupons which I didn't use and some casino plays which I didn't use but that was a nice touch. Overall, I would definitely come back.

The rooms absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing. Very comfortable beds. The hotel has everything you need. Staff were great!! Everything is walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We can't wait to come back.

I arrived to find a coffee stain on my carpet. For 3 days, it was to be cleaned. After I inquired again, they decided it had been there awhile and could not be cleaned. The patio door lock never worked. Engineering came with a new lock which was not installed as they had they said fixed it. It was not fixed. I did not bother asking anymore questions or inquiring as nothing was done about it. If a carpet is dirty or room is in disrepair take it out of inventory until it’s suitable to stay in. One positive on my entire experience, the concierge helped me move my bags to the next hotel one block away. It was very much appreciated.

The service at this hotel was terrible. our room airconditioner did not work properly and our room would get down to 19 degrees centigrade at night. The engineers said they could not do anything about it. The taxi to take us to the airport did not show up and the front desk people basically said that they could not do anything about it. I had to ask for everything several times to get what I was asking for. Overall, I was not happy with the service provided in this hotel.

The property is rated 5 stars but it is more like 4 stars at best. It is a casino hotel and the staff was helpful. The property is older and while the room was a good size and had good features, the condition is somewhat worn. The carpets were stained and the hallway had a definite odor at least on the 2nd floor .
