Great central hotel at a good price. Easy walking distance to everything. Check-in lady was really friendly and welcoming. Only gripe is a little exit mould or similar should be used in the shower.

The bed was made daily. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with a variety of requests. The breakfast varied slightly each day and provided three milk alternatives to accommodate for lactose intolerance - a personal condition. Laundry facilities were available. Unfortunately, no detergent was available. On the whole, a very pleasant place to stay that displayed cultural carvings and art which depicted “Heritage” of Australia in its name.

Have stayed here before as such great value for money. Location is walkable to esplanade and main city centre, whilst the hotel may be older the rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool and spa were great on a very hot day. The staff here are always super friendly and the onsite carparking is a huge bonus.
