Only thing I didn’t like was not having a shower recess, was hard getting in and out of a bathtub to have a shower, as well as dangerous if you fall

We upgraded the room to the King bed with water view, but after we checked in and get to our room. The room’s view was totally different than what we expected as well as what’s being show in the photos. The room we get was on a lower floor and the tree outside blocked all the view. The only good thing here are the staff, all of them are super nice and friendly. Room wise, very disappointed.

Hi, I've yet to reach out to the hotel since I arrived in my country, the USA, on Jan 6th after checking out on the morning of Jan 6th. Upon checkout late in the afternoon, I found several bed bug bites all over my body, including my neck, torso, arms, legs, and feet. They were extremely itchy and painful, and I needed medical attention once I got to my home country later that evening. They prescribed medication and painkillers. I did not have these bites when I checked in. Could you let me know what you will do about this? It has been extremely agonizing throughout my flight, and even upon landing, I had to visit the ER with a high fever and extreme rash and get prescription painkillers. I'll never stay at a Hilton again. I've reached out to hotel management and awaiting their next step on this. Very disappointed with Hilton

The housekeeping staff throw my pajamas on the carpet floor on the first day. And the cleaning staff entered my room with no knock or anything on the last day before I checked out. No or limited training on staff.

Room service wasn’t great, lasagna was over cooked - really dry and hard, fish & chips - fish was like KFC. We saw a cockroach in the room. The two of the light switches weren’t working. We liked beds - nice and comfortable. Overall, it wasn’t what we expected, doesn’t worth the price. We were so disappointed, won’t come back.

The hilton hotel is very clean and beautifully scented from the moment you went through to the lobby/room. I had hot water issues as in there wasn’t any and they did take awhile to fix issue. I was told in the end to leave shower on for 10 minutes and the hot water should be through. What an awful amount of water to waste.

1. Room was too cramped for two beds. No space between the bed and the wall to get out of the bed. 2. Hotel could provide voltage adapters For international guests or at least USB ports along with the outlets. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Room service was horrible. Tried to pre order breakfast and it never showed up. Went to have breakfast buffet and it was also horrible, don’t recommend the food but the rooms were comfortable and a great view and location. A little dated building but the rooms have been upgraded.
