  • Welcome to Our Beachfront Bungalow, a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located directly on Punta Uva Beach — ranked among Costa Rica’s best beaches by Forbes and TripAdvisor.



    Wake up to the sound of waves, sip your morning coffee on the veranda, and step onto the sand just a few meters from your door. With private parking, pet-friendly policy, and A/C in every bedroom, this home is designed for comfort without losing its natural charm.



    The master bedroom faces the Caribbean Sea and has a private bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. Two additional bedrooms, each with A/C, share a second bathroom. The living room includes a TV, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans, while the fully equipped kitchen and hot-water showers throughout make longer stays easy.



    Outside, the tropical garden is filled with exotic plants, fruit trees, and a private path through coconut palms that leads straight to the beach. Hammocks and shady palms invite lazy afternoons, while nearby Playa Grande and Punta Uva offer surfing, snorkeling, and kayaking.
