The accommodation is a private studio designed for peaceful and comfortable stays. It is located within a spacious lot of approximately 2,000 m², dedicated exclusively to this accommodation, and faces a protected forest of several hectares, providing a sense of openness and direct contact with nature.

Guests have exclusive use of the studio, including the private terrace and the immediate area designated for the accommodation.
The access and outdoor areas are intended for quiet use and respectful enjoyment of the natural environment and the residential neighborhood.

There are no common areas shared with other guests.

The accommodation is located in a low-density residential area, with scattered homes and local neighbors, surrounded by tropical vegetation. Although the environment is very green and peaceful, it is still a lived-in area where coexistence and respect for others’ rest are valued.
Traffic is minimal and the atmosphere is calm, ideal for those seeking silence, nature, and a slower pace of life.

To reach the accommodation, you must drive up a hill of approximately 200 meters from the main paved road (Route 256, Puerto Viejo–Manzanillo). The access is via a gravel road, so having a vehicle is recommended—ideally a 4x4—although most vehicles can generally reach the property without issues.

The area is safe and quiet. It is possible to walk to the beach, and the route is pleasant, surrounded by nature and without heavy traffic.

The accommodation is surrounded by nature, so the occasional presence of insects and natural sounds typical of a tropical environment is normal. The studio has air conditioning, allowing guests to regulate the temperature according to their preference.

Accommodation Rules

Online check-in is mandatory for security reasons. You may be asked to provide identification and/or a selfie.

Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Remote assistance is available until 8:00 p.m.; after this time, we are not responsible for any difficulties in locating the property or accessing the accommodation.

Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. No additional guests are allowed.

Residential area: Please be considerate of the neighbors.

Quiet hours: 8:00 p.m – 9:00 a.m.

Noise levels must not exceed 60 dB at any time.

No parties or events.

Care of the property: Guests are responsible for the accommodation, furnishings, and green areas. Damage or alterations will result in the retention of the security deposit.

Security: Please lock the door upon departure.

Responsible use: Please turn off lights, fans, A/C, and the stove when not in use.

Substances: The use of narcotics is prohibited; violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
