It is located within a spacious lot of approximately 2,000 m², dedicated exclusively to this accommodation, and faces a protected forest of several hectares, providing a sense of openness and direct contact with nature.

The accommodation is located in a low-density residential area, with scattered homes and local neighbors, surrounded by tropical vegetation. Although the environment is very green and peaceful, it is still a lived-in area where coexistence and respect for others’ rest are valued. Traffic is minimal and the atmosphere is calm, ideal for those seeking silence, nature, and a slower pace of life.
To reach the accommodation, you must drive up a hill of approximately 200 meters from the main paved road (Route 256, Puerto Viejo–Manzanillo). The access is via a gravel road, so having a vehicle is recommended—ideally a 4x4—although most vehicles can generally reach the property without issues.
The area is safe and quiet. It is possible to walk to the beach, and the route is pleasant, surrounded by nature and without heavy traffic.
The accommodation is surrounded by nature, so the occasional presence of insects and natural sounds typical of a tropical environment is normal. The studio has air conditioning, allowing guests to regulate the temperature according to their preference.
