The ocean was within walking distance. There was a cute villa beach vibe to this property. Property felt neglected as we had to terminate the ants getting into the room, they were crawling all over the walls and sidewalk as you enter the suite. Staff were accommodating and upgraded our suite due to this issue. Staff was accommodating and knowledgeable about the area, they were very friendly and we definitely enjoyed hanging out with the villa kitties. Overall we would return to this location again with some ant poison.

Our 1-night stay was pleasant and service was very nice, we enjoyed the warm welcome. Property has a great location just a stonethrow away from Poetto beach and provides a free on-street parking. However, it has to be said the professional photos do not give an accurate idea of this property; it is fairly dated and could benefit from better general upkeep and cleanliness. Also, we were given the Economy room instead of the Comfort room we booked, but we have only realized this upon writing this review. Not much of a problem for the 1-night stay but we will most likely book elsewhere next time. Thank you for your hospitality and we wish you all the best!

- Bed was small and uncomfortable. Thin mattress. Corroded. - Towel rack hanging off the wall. - Dead flies on windowsill. - Air conditioner dripped onto corroded click wooden floor at night. - Property is a house converted into hostel style accomodation. I could go on. Hosts are lovely but pictures are not reflective of what you will get.

Ferragosto al Villa Beach City

Il Villa Beach City non è una semplice guesthouse è una dimensione familiare e amichevole. Dal primo istante, ci siamo sentiti accolti, Lili è una padrona di casa eccezionale, simpatica, cordiale, premurosa e Vale, sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza. La Villa è molto suggestiva, immersa nel verde e abitata da gattini e tartarughe.. ideale per chi ha bambini. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in coppia, abbiamo usufruito del servizio transfer messo a disposizione (grazie per averci prelevato dall’aeroporto a tarda sera), riuscendo così a visitare numerose spiagge vicine. Consiglio la SUP experince a La Sella Del Diavolo, tutto facilmente organizzabile in struttura. Nonostante la colazione non fosse inclusa, Lili mette a disposizione caffè e microonde, super comodo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere, decisamente impeccabile. In sintesi, posso dire che la permanenza è stata più che piacevole e al momento del saluto è stato quasi come lasciare dei vecchi amici. Consiglio vivamente!

La nostra esperienza è stata a dir poco positiva. Le camere, dotate di bagno privato sono piccole ma molto accoglienti, dotate di ogni comfort. La casa è a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia, con possibilità di parcheggio esterno non a pagamento. La ragazza che ci accolto ha mostrato grande educazione e disponibilità per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo

Le cadre, le jardin, la proximité avec la plage et le supermarché sont vraiment tops. Très sincèrement, la maison est vraiment chouette, tout ce qu'on peut attendre d'une maison d'hôte ! Les hôtes sont d'ailleurs très sympathiques... tout est ok sauf qu'il y a pas mal de mensonges dans l'annonce comme : - il n'y a pas de restaurant/bar dans l'enceinte - ni même de salle de sport - encore moins un petit-déjeuner à 5€ Nous avions demandé une chambre avec deux lits simples, nous avons eu une chambre avec un lit double... Donc en résumé, si les hôtes enlèvent tous les mensonges, nous sommes sur un très belle opportunité. Malheureusement, si on avait su qu'il n'y aurait ni lits simples ni petit-dej, nous ne serions pas venus car c'était nos critères principaux..... dommage.

The best host

Everything was wonderful. We had helpful, cheerful hospitality. We got a beach bag and a separate towel for the beach. Close to the shop, the beach, cozy garden. I recommend!

Miejsce cudowne, pokój czysty i codziennie sprzątany lecz czuć było w nim wilgoć, pleśń choć świerzno wyremontowany i trochę mały. Byliśmy w nim na parę dni poza sezonem to było o.k, ale na dłuższą chwilę mogło być trochę nie wygodnie. Obsługa bardzo miła i przyjazna.

Definitely a place I would return to :)

The hotel is more of a family run bed and breakfast type of accommodation. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. The garden is also beautiful, with flower pots and lighting, and seating available for guests. And a barbecue grill. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. The towels were exceptionally clean and white (5-star hotel standard). The area was quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket very close to the house, fun fair for children and area with fast-food stalls. The house is very close to the beach, across the road really. It is also a very convenient location for Cagliari as the bus service runs fairly regularly.

Hotel comodo y muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa

Excelente lugar para descansar, muy buena atencion, comodidad y ubicacion cerca de la playa a tan solo 50 metros. Es un lugar para descansar alejado del casco historico y decentro pero que se llega facilmente en bus en menos de 10 min. Debo agradecer la atencion del dueño del lugar el Sr. Gulius siempre atento a nuestras peticiones y muy cordial en el trato.
