This was probably one of the worst apartments I've every stayed in. To start it was on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. And when I say 3rd floor, it didn't have just 3 flights of stairs, for some of the levels you had to walk up double the stairs. As a female staying by myself, it wasn't easy or pleasant!
Then there was the door to the apartment. When I arrived and after dragging my suitcase up the multiple flights if stairs I was exhausted and just wanted to get into the aircon. However that didn't happen because it took me over 10 minutes trying to open the door before I decided to call the agency that manages the apartment. Thankfully the girl that worked there hopped on a scooter to come and let me in and show me how to work the door.
Unfortunately my problems with opening the apartment door continued, and every day I would struggle for at least 10 minutes to get the door open. To say it was frustrating is an understatement.
Then there was the disgusting smell constantly coming from the bathroom and despite the place having aircon it was so loud and half the time it leaked.
The only good thing about the apartment is it's location. But it's not enough for me to ever stay there again if I were to go back to Cagliari.
