Bagno con odore di fogna dagli scarichi. Colazione scarsa in varietà e nemmeno la richiesta di uno uogurt è stata evasa. Carino, bene arredato ma caro più di un hotel. Di fatto non è un Bed&breackfast.

Puzza di muffa

Abbiamo fatto la prenotazione pensando fosse un HOTEL invece era una affitta camere ,senza parcheggio è stato un vero incubo,arrivati a Cagliari impazzendo per il traffico mi fermo all'indirizzo del HOTEL ,mi dicono che non il posto giusto e che un'altra parte,prendo la macchina giro e rigiro (vicino all'ospedale) dopo 90 minuti trovo un parcheggio 600mt dalla camera con parcheggio a pagamento,dato che avevo le valige le ho lasciate in macchina(5 valige). Arriviamo in camera pulita ma era chiusa con un odore di umido,per il resto la camera era pulita, tranne ora di dormire il divano letto dove ho dormito io e mia moglie c'erano capelli e la trapunta c'era una macchia di sporco ci siamo coperti con quello che avevamo ,la camera dove hanno dormito le bambine pulita niente da dire. La mattina di cosa a pagare il parcheggio.

90 euro per un affittacamere a cagliari...

Dunque, trovatomi all'ultimo a prenotare una notte per lavoro a Cagliari, vedo su trivago buone recensioni per questo affittacamere in centro. In realtà niente di che: 4 piani di scale a piedi, edificio non esattamente elegante nè di design, insomma piuttosto anonimo. Arredamento stile ikea, solito, doccia senza possibilità di appendere il telefono e sensazione di precarietà in generale. In teoria dovevo avere una DOUBLE SUPERIOR, con un king size bed e due singoli...in realtà un queen bed e basta (ma alla reception dicevano che erano in "alternativa", peccato che la congiunzione fosse una "e" e non una "o", sull'offerta). Insomma, prossima volta mi prendo per tempo che è meglio....

Modernes Stadthotel mit Altbaucharme

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Hotel liegt sehr zentral zum Hafen, der Altstadt sowie der Altstadt. Das Hotel verfügt über individuell eingerichtete Zimmer mit Bad. Das Frühstücksbüffet wird in einem separaten Bereich zwischen 8 - 9.30 Uhr angeboten. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze stehen in der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten: das Hotel liegt in der dritten Etage, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

tout d abord ceci n'est pas un hôtel mais un genre de guest-room sans bureau d'accueil. on est arrivé a 21h30 devant une entrée d'immeuble la pseudo réception se trouve au 3ieme étages d'un ancien immeuble, on est tombé sur une personne près a partir et qu'il nous explique que notre réservation pour 4 personnes a été enregistré que pour 2 personnes heureusement on avait réserver que pour une nuit on as donc pris cette chambre ou il on rajouté 2 lit d appoint pour les enfants!! a par ca l'hôtel est bien situé et la chambre était propre en couple pour 1 ou 2 nuits pourquoi pas pour une famille c'est pas top!!

Bien dans l'ensemble

Notre séjour était de 7 nuits et même si dans l'ensemble le séjour s'est bien passé il y a quelques points à revoir. Points positifs : - personnel agréable et serviable - petit déjeuner compris et à volonté - l'hôtel et LES chambres sentent bon Points négatifs: - pas de place de parking et difficile de se garer dans les rues voisines (on a eu de souci contraventions de parking) - les femmes de ménage n'hésite pas à vous remettre vos serviettes usagées et même en l'ayant signalé nous avons-nous eu le même problème le jour suivant - le petit déjeuner se termine à 9-10h donc pour si vous voulez faire un peu la grasse matinée c'est pas le top - le balcon de notre chambre avait 3 climatisation (pour d'autres chambres surement) du coup c'était souvent bruyant - obligé de mettre la clim dans la chambre sinon c'est la suffocation Pour résumer on a passé un bon séjour mais si nous savions à l'avance LES points négatifs nous aurions pris un autre hôtel

La stanza non me la data per motivi di lavori , in cambio mi ha dato la suite .pero il letto cigolava, il condizionatore che si accendeva e si spegneva , un po freddina, mancava attaccapanni, e un tavolino. Per il resto bene arredata.

Vicino alla stazione tra il porto ed il centro, le 4 camere sono al terzo piano in una palazzina. I ragazzi al check in sono stati molto simpatici e disponibili a partire dall sms appena fatta la prenotazione con tutte le spiegazioni per il nostro soggiorno. La camera spaziosa e col terrazzino vista città.

Sardinia starting point

The hotel decor was amazing and matches that promoted. We had the 'red' room and was really well decorated. The location is brilliant to step out and walk all the town attractions and only a short walk from local restaurants. A definite fix is required for the internal landing light in the room that comes on automatically with the bathroom light. The landing light shines right onto the top of the bed so that means any night visits to the bathroom result in the light going on because it is set off by a motion detector in the bathroom. We also missed a days room clean when we asked for 5 minutes before leaving the room to return that evening to find the room had not been cleaned at all! Breakfast room a non-event, and the breakfast could have has some fruit to take it above the 'buffet' continental breakfast. On the third floor above offices with no lift (was stated on purchase) and no reception as such makes for a different experience. Great decor, great location, weight up the options.

Excellent location!

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The location is excellent, very close to the city center so its very convenient specially at night when you want to have a few drinks and dinner. The walking distance to the restaurants is about 5 min and to the shopping street 7-10 min. The best beaches are about 1hr away driving. The hotel room was very clean and they did the beds and cleaned every day. They have a little fridge inside the room with fresh drinks which is very convenient. The isolation of the building is not so good so you can hear lots of noise from the street specially in the morning. The breakfast is OK and its until 9am. We found it a little too early, specially when you are on vacations. You have to walk 3 flrs up but its not too bad cause you spend most of the time out in the city center or visiting places. We highly recommended, but take ear plugs to sleep!

Just perfect!

I arrived very early due to the train schedule. Alessandro very kindly directed me to his other business a café where he allowed me to leave my luggage and treated me to breakfast. I also had time to explore beautiful Cagliari. Then at 1500 when check in starts the guest house is officially open. It does not have a reception area, staff are there only at check-in and at breakfast. Alessandro along with Eliana one of the trio in partnership, drove me with my bags to the hotel and carried them up 3 flights of stairs. There are no lifts. I didn't mind the stairs.The rooms are situated in a rustic building on the 3rd floor. Mine was beautifully renovated with cathedral ceilings, air conditioning, very spacious with modern amenities and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic which included a substantial selection of pastries, muffins, breads, eggs, cereals, great coffee, juices. It is centrally located, close to the great restaurant strip on Via Sardegna, close to the train station and Piazza Yenne. My check out was very early. Alessandro had organised a taxi for me and to my surprise left a breakfast bag. Another kind gesture. Nothing was too much trouble for Alessandro and Eliana who made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I would not hesitate in recommending Chambres Du Monde to anyone.

Bodde vi 1 natt i Cagliari då hade vi flyg tidigt på morgonen. Cagliari är en underbar stad. Måste tillbaka. Fick ett rum mitt i stan. Inte stort men väldig genomtänkt och ren. Svårt med parkering men man är mitt i stan.
