Very rude and disappointing!

It was the worst experience we've ever had so far. Apparently the information on the Hotels website are not correct because it says the check in time is between 1pm and 8pm. However, when we arrived at the property at 7.50pm the door was closed and nobody answered the bell. We had to call and the gentleman who answered was very rude. He seemed very upset because we did not arrive before 7pm that for him was the latest time to check in. So he said I should shut up if I want his help to get in. It was outrageous. So I do not recommended this place to anyone. The room was ok but the bathroom was disgusting.

Jó lokáció,szép szoba

A szállásunk szuper környéken volt! Csendes utca a belvárosban,alatta Genovese cafe 1838 és egy pizzéria. 15-20 perc sétára sok nevezetesség és éttermek. A negatívum az hogy a szállásadó nem beszél angolul és nem válaszol a hívásokra SMSekre sem,csak a szerencsén múlt hogy bejutottunk az épületbe. Négy szobára egy közös fürdő jut. Nagyon nehéz parkolóhelyet találni a környéken, viszont 20:00-09:00-ig ingyenes.

- La salle de bain où il y avait également les toilettes avait une forte odeur d’urine tous les jours ... - Le ménage est fait tardivement (€’e fois, en rentrant de la plage à 18h, nous voulions aller nous doucher mais le ménage était en train d’être fait dans la salle de bain. - Sur 1 semaine de séjour, personne n’a fait le ménage, n’a passé le balai dans la chambre ni n’a changé les serviettes de toilette (qui étaient de toutes petites serviette plutôt destinées pour s’essuyer les cheveux et non le corps). - Toutes les autres personnes qui étaient présentes du 14 août au 21 août étaient sales et même crasseuses et ne cessaient de dégueulasser la salle de bain en prime. Donc si vous lisez cela, vous êtes tous SALES !!! ————————— English: - The bathroom where you could also find the toilets were always smelling urine! It was awful ... - Cleaning was done late (once we wanted to take a shower after getting back from the beach at 6pm but was being done). - On a whole week of staying, no one even bother to do a bit of cleaning in our room, nor change our towels (which were small towels that we use to wipe the hair and not the body...) - All the other guests that were staying between 14th and 21st Of August were filthy and kept keeping the bathroom dirty. So if you are reading me, you are ALL FILTHY PEOPLE !!!

Miejsce OK, problem z wifi. Obsługa tylko po włosk

Pokój czysty i przestronny. Gesthouse zlokalizowany blisko centrum. Problem był z wifi - niemożność skorzystania z wifi i brak reakcji i chęci ze strony właściciela aby ten problem rozwiązać. Kłopotliwe było również to, że obsługa posługiwała się tylko językiem włoskim.

Ero già stata in questa guesthouse a settembre ed essendomi trovata benissimo ho deciso di riprenotare anche stavolta. Riconfermo, ottimo soggiorno, stanza pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, personale super disponibile e gentile. Ho chiamato diverse volte per alcune info e hanno saputo rispondere e risolvere tutte le mie richieste. Consigliatissimo, rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccellente.

Na krótki pobyt

Pokój czysty, posciel pachnaca. W obiekcie tylko panie sprzatajace, które nie znają ani słowa po angielsku. TV nie dzialalo, nie było w ogóle kabla do anteny. 2 dni po zgloszeniu pani sprzatajacej problem zostql rozwiązany. Najwiekszy minus to oczywiście jedna lazienka na kilka pokoi i cienkie ściany, zza których słychać było kazde słowo. Nie ma czajnika ani kuchni. Raczej pobyt na noc, dwie. Na plus ladna okolica i widok za oknem oraz sam budynek. Przystępna cena.
