    🛋️ Ground floor: A cosy living space with a living room, sofa, smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, range hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and basic kitchen utensils. 🍽️

    🛏️ Ground floor: A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom 🚿, and a separate toilet.

    🌟 Second floor: An attic bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), perfect for a group stay.

    🧺 Linens provided: Sheets are included, as well as one bath towel per person for optimal comfort.

    ➡️ You’ll have access to the entire apartment.

    The apartment is located in a very quiet area, a 15-minute walk from city centre. You’ll find Place Saint-Sauveur there, along with places to eat and/or shop. It’s also located right next to the Zénith de Caen and the Ornano Stadium.

    All local shops are within a 2- to 3-minute walk from the apartment: bakery, butcher shop, produce stand, pharmacy, and convenience store.

    You can get around on foot, by Twisto bus (bus stop 100 metres away), or by car, whichever is most convenient for you.
