The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator of a typical house of Cádiz, located on Sagasta street, one of the main streets of the historic center of Cádiz, on a pedestrian stretch and within the entire commercial center of Cádiz and a few meters of its main places of interest.

The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator of a typical house of Cádiz, located on Sagasta street, one of the main streets of the historic center of Cádiz, on a pedestrian stretch and within the entire commercial center of Cádiz and a few meters of its main places of interest.
The apartment is very spacious, with lots of light and balconies to the outside. has three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the third with a single bed. It has a spacious and cozy living room, with dining room, completely outside and with air conditioning. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
If you arrive by car it is possible to stop a few moments under the apartment to unload the luggage. The parking in the historic center is complicated, being our recommendation that you park in the Parking San Antonio, less than 5 minutes from your apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It has a lot of character and is clean and bright. The location is perfect and central to everything- shops, cafes, good restaurants and the beach. There was a parking garage very close by too. The check-in was easy and they were very accommodating when I texted with questions. We would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cadiz!

Very poor amenities in the house. Not even a bottle of water upon arrival or coffee. Awful signs from the neighbors on the wall.

Apartamento muy acogedor y con excelente ubicación
Ubicación, luminosidad, decoración, amplitud del espacio. Es muy acogedor y se ventila muy bien.
Dotación del instrumental de cocina y comedor, estado general de conservación de suelos y carpintería. Con esto tendría cinco estrellas. Es contradictorio, pues parte del encanto es precisamente su vetusto pavimento hidráulico.

Four weeks in Cadiz
A beautiful flat in a great location. Spacious inside and easy to reach all the sights of Cadiz. Letting agents were very pleasant and helpful. Downsides were the noise, the beds an the general level of cleanliness. The flat is on the 3rd floor and the stairs never seemed to get easier! There are two bars a few doors away and the noise made it very difficult to sleep in the main bedroom. I found the bed in the main bedroom was much too hard for me and I had to purchase a mattress topper. It is a beautiful flat but it was a bit grubby and dusty. The shower cubicle was quite small and the grouting needed redoing. Overall we had a lovely stay but if we visited Cadiz again we would not stay in this apartment.

Spacious character apartment in the middle of the old town of Cadiz
The apartment is well appointed with all you could need, lots of living space, well equipped kitchen and good sized bedrooms.
The location is right in the heart of the old town, so all the attractions are within easy walking distance, as are the train and bus stations - which you are likely to be using as you don't want to make the mistake of driving or trying to park a car in old Cadiz!
The apartment is in an old building and has lots of interesting old features which really add to the experience of being in the historic part of the city. Do be aware though that as the streets of the old town are so narrow noise does travel, so any evening revellers down below will be heard in the apartment. This is only an issue in the front bedroom which has a window facing the street (we used the back bedroom which was pretty much silent). So if you need to use all three bedrooms and are a shallow sleeper you may want to consider bringing some ear plugs - although we were there for carnival, so it was likely to have been louder than a 'normal' week.
Overall a really nice interesting apartment which makes a great base to explore the old town of Cadiz.
There are two small supermarkets within 2 minutes walk which sell the essentials, and it's less than 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket and to the town market where you can find everything else you are likely to need during your stay.
