    Located right in front of the beach of Santa María del Mar, the apartment has a spacious living room equipped with plasma TV and sofa chaise longue, large kitchen with breakfast bar fully equipped appliances needed for a comfortable stay in Cádiz with floating floors. exquisite finishes. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two beds of 90cm, each with its own bathroom, plus a toilet. The apartment has WIFI type Internet connection.





    The apartment is located a few meters from the Santa María del Mar beach, the ideal place to begin to start surfing, while being in a privileged location to visit the historic center of Cádiz, being less than 15 minutes walking from the Cathedral and 5 minutes from the gates of Lands and city walls. nice place-- bad entry system

The smart phone/ key situation was problematic. It took us several tries to get in the main door each time & often had to wait for someone else coming in or out. The day before we left, our access was terminated completely (as if our check out date was programmed a day early). The actual door to the apartment worked fine. We enjoyed the city & the beach!

Great location close to the beach

We had a great stay here! The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The locks controlled by mobile phone weren’t the easiest, it would have been nice to have real keys as well. Really enjoyed our stay in Cadiz!
