"We were texted at 8am, day of check in that the pool, spa and hot breakfast were all down. We just checked in quickly at 3 to change for a wedding. When we returned from the wedding at night, we noticed how bad the room smelled. On top of all the amenities being down and the smell, we decided to make the 3 hour drive home. We spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com before being transferred to the hotel front desk. We were told there was nothing they could do because it was so late. If we did not have to be at a wedding, we would have taken care of calling them earlier. This was not a good experience and we would not stay here again."
