The hotel was beautiful and clean. However, we booked this hotel bc it had $75 credit per room for breakfast. We had two rooms. We checked in and they said they did not offer breakfast but the credits could be used at the casino eateries in a specific section. Then the next morning we find out those eateries are not even open for breakfast but instead we had to wait until lunch time to use the credits. Expedia and the hotel need to do a better job at communicating what the terms and true amenities being offered/ sold.

The Palazzo is beautiful, and very luxurious! We loved our room with the view of the sphere. Room service took a very long time and my daughter was asleep by the time her dinner arrived. I’d also recommend self parking, it’s much faster than valet! There were some clothes in one of the drawers in our room, which makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I was a bit surprised by the lack of updated outlets for usbc chargers for phones and tablets. Aside from all of that, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again in the future.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean casino and common areas. All the staff was very helpful and genuinely kind and courteous. Location was central for us wanting to get to Red Rock and out west and also convenient to the strip/downtown without all the congestion. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Vegas.
