"No mobile service, and no WiFi info in the apt. We had to drive 5min.to get phone service to call management. We were told to pull router from the wall to get info. Strong septic smell. They said someone would come, but did not, They claimed the septic smell was normal for Lanzarote. Maybe for that area, so beware. It was putrid. Years in Lanzarote and I have never experienced that. TV crooked and poorly placed in the room. Had to move the sofa to make it work. Extremely overpriced. Double billed for host/cleaning to add to the insult."
